OK guys.. restaurant 53 is now open for business it is just in front of timbre at substation... we have a whole lot of wine from Austria, we focus on modern European food, as well as a little of molecular gastronomy. we have 2 chef from the fat duck restaurant from the UK.rs

and guys, i might not be able to go for service till October... have to work every sat... and my working hours is MAD!!... like from 8am till 2am!... Good thing is I've gain respect from the chefs because of my attitude, it's a good thing.. when we work we must have a good and postive attitude.
