this week is very tiring, we had and still having test till next monday, tuesday was my practical test to do salad, well it started off easy on tuesday, but the killer is today, we had to do 9 different kind of sauces!!, i didn't do well, because half way i was kinda lost in what i'm doing, then i was careless!!! suppose i need to do a clarified butter for this hollandaise sauce, means that we got to take out the milk from the butter and just use the oil, everything seem to go well but the problem comes when i need to melt the butter after chilling it, guess what my whole block of butter drop into the pot!!. i panicked went to steal some butter from the kitchen table, but it was not enough, then i went to my friend that has made the saue ready and took some from him to mix it into mine, and it turn out well. haha... and tmr is my food costing paper!!!! i hate it.. is something like accounting, and i had never done it before in my life this is my first time doing something like accounting, and i hate it!, it burst my brains out... i got to bow down to those who really know how to do it.. it's killing me!!!

4 more weeks to term 2 and no holidays till june, and i'm going to be attached in the shatec's restraunt one is just opposite the parliment building, and the other i'm not sure where is it.. but is somewhere in town.

God i'm pissed off today... but i remember something that is in your word, in the book of psalm 4:4 ... saying "In your anger do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent. "... but i'm sad to say that i sin, i let my anger control me... god i'm sorry, please forgive me.
