A brothers night's out...

Went for night cycling last night... it was fun, but the after effects sucks.... now my butt and my palm hurts... and it was a torture to wait for the shop to open just to return the bikes.. and the staff with a kind of face that you feel like beating him up, and the attitude makes you want to beat him even more.. haha....

Sch is stating this coming Monday!... new place and environment... i believe i can shine in this area... i saw my timetable... everyday from 8am to 8pm.. WOW!!!...it's really expansive studying in SG, my uniform cost me $300!!!!! it's nuts!!! i'm not done with everything yet, still got my Knife st and safty boots and my notes!!

i'm glad the end of the month is here... really packed with many things.... sometimes i just want to get it done and over with.... well.. it maybe a wrong attitude, but that is really how i feel about this month... and look forward with different things next month.

Back from mission... i believe is a success and is fruitful trip, here is what happen......

1st day (wed)-- touch down, and still unsure of what is to come.. our host is the pastor( here name is Lawan) over there and another sister(15 yr old, name is Kan).. we waited at the airpot for like 30 min.. because she went to wrong terminal..lol.. we trip to use our autorom, but can't work at all, then we ask a thai guy to help us call(thank god for him).... we went for lunch, then went to the sch.. which is called Hope of wiang pa pao school(YES is a school build in Hope of God church name).. we teach English and teach them English songs, then also share the gospel in the sch, because not all are believers... but there are also some mistakes i made, which is trying to explain the game of polar bear.... their sch starts from 8am to 4pm from monday to friday... then in the night, we went for their cg in the school.. same as our style, but no games. after cg we went back to the church that we are staying, is Hope of Wiang pa pao church. overall 1st day was not so fruitful. because we did not expect that we will teach kids...

2nd day (thurs) -- woke up 7am to get ready, to go sch.. this time we are ready.. we went back there to teach and share Christ again... we went off a about 12pm to travel to this place called Phu chee fa.. is a long travel time.. like 4 hours.. very tiring... and along the way, God told me that the car will break down.. and true enough, when we are like 15min away to reach it broke down, we waited there for 30min for the brother from the highest village to come down.. meanwhile, we gave out snacks to the children there.. and they all are very happy... when the brother camp to pick us up, we travelled up, and it really really cold... we reached and we went to check in our room.. "hotel".. beautiful place.. and went to eat dinner.. we ate fried worms and fried cricket.. seriously is nice.. afer dinner we went to the room to have a leaders CG, everything is the same format.. and then we slp... overall, it got better, because we are more prepared for what is coming.

3rd day (friday) -- we went to climb puh chee fa!! is like a 20 to 30 story building.. no stamina when i climb.... once at the top, we sang praise and worship.. very very beautiful place.. the mountain is a divider between Thailand and Laos country.. so we prayed for both country.. because they plan to go Laos to outreach. went back down to have beakfast, and then travelled back to the province to this church called Hope mea ka chan.. and at night we went to another place for prayer meeting (it was 5 hours long) and there was holy spirit baptism... and the new believers were baptise! praise God... after the long and tiring day, went back to our another hostel which is behind hope mea ka chan went to bed around 1am+.... overall, the day is alright, we learn to keep praying.

4th day(sat) -- wake up early again at around 730, then ate breakfast and travel to this church called hope of chian Kong, is again a long travel... when we reach there is like lunch time, and we went to eat lunch at this restaurant(forgot name).. is beside this big river called river Kong(i think) and opposite is Laos!.. pastor Lawan told us that in the pass, 4000 Christians were killed because of their belief, and the government don't like them sharing Christ, so they killed them all... after lunch, we travel to the mountain again, to visit people... there are many farms, and also there is a Cg in that mountain area... we went back at around 530pm, and reach chian kong at around 730pm.. went for dinner(delicious)... then went back for a short time of worship and prepare for next day.. overall is a blessed day.. we bless them by paying for lunch and serving them the whole day.

5th day(sun) -- WOW!!!! i became a PASTOR!!, now i know how jasmine felt when she wants to teach the word.. is really a different feeling from teaching in a unit or cg.. teach on "commitment to a local church" after the worship session last night, i went to prepare the teaching, i don't know what to teach, i asked god and i went through my teachings is all not relevant to what they need.. then my eyes caught that teaching and i went to ask the pastor ( his name is Luf) and he said YEs i need that.. so i start to praise God..haha.. so after service, had lunch with them and together with another pastor (his name is sin te founder of chian Kong, then Luf took over), and they have a big vision, they want to build a christian hospital, school in that area.. they are preparing the money, and have start buying the land, will be ready by 2055(long way)... the pastor said he is being encourage through what i teach, and it reminded his calling from god.. so really thank God that he used me... after lunch, we went to Hope mae suay for their 26th anniversary.. is really heart warming and is really nice... aftr anniversary, went to this children home to stay for the night, pastor Lawan is the director, she really love kids alot, that's why she build that home.. it has 100+ kids staying, which means she has 100+ children.. a big heart for kids....

so that is the end of the whole trip... fruitful, exciting and fun... those who didn't come for this trip is a waste, but we will go back there again.. because they want us to go back to help teach english, chinese and also help their worship ministry... and the food there is really GOOD!!, simple but yet is NICE!!!!!...
i caught 3 things from this trip, 1st is their simple life, it helps them to focus on God more, no distractions from TV or computer.. 2nd is pray, they pray everywhere they go, even for small things, they believe that God will help them.. they have big faith. and last their heart of worship.. is really shows out.. whatever they have they use it to worship GOD.

Be bless
be encourage
be inspire by the holy Ghost

16th anniversary

Well done to all singers, dancers, lights, sound people, and everybody!... it was beautiful... i love the lights, sound system.. wow... i wish nexus is like that.. and the Bangkok band.. fabulous.. the soprano, alto sax, trumpet, trombone.. damn nice, but i love the soprano really good...

anyway, that's not what i want to share, about how we start from small to become who we are now... well it's a long journey.. and only god can do that.. from 5 people to 3000+.. in 16 yrs.. i think is very fast in a way... but what grows the church is the vision. It keeps driving the church, and also God of course. same goes in our life, we start from being a new believer, to member, to a leader.. is all about our walk with God and also our own vision, what we want to do for god... So do you have your own vision now?

there is a short testimony i want to share, is about the gift of tongue interpretation... to this is a rare gift to me, i did ever tired to search about how to use it or how to exercise it, but none of my efforts appears to be fruitful. It happened to me about 3 times.

1st- when i was praying in nexus(doing my security duty during my high school days) Suddenly i was able to hear what i was speaking, and the lord use my own mouth to ask me "DO you believe in the gift of tongue?".. at first i was "HUH?!!" then i ignored it for a while, but suddenly i feel that when i was praying in tongue my tongue seems to e stiff.. and after a while, i gave up and told God "YES!, i Believe in the gift of tongue", then things went back to normal.

2nd- It happened during one of the POLY/DI prayer meeting or CLM.. when Kelvin was praying in tongue, i suddenly heard him praying in English, but when i asked him, he told me he was praying in tongue all the way.

3rd- was yesterday (Monday) while working, i was cleaning some stuff then i asked my college "what time is it?" and he replied back "sorry i didn't hear you can you say again". But guess what he wasn't speaking in English, he was speaking in his own language (Myanmar) and he was shocked, and asked me how come i understand. and i asked him didn't you speak in english?.. he said no..

from this 3 testimony, i will say i have a little bit of tongue interpretation, but who knows any source that can be trusted so that i can learn more about this gift and practice it, or who can teach me how to use it and exercise it. Please respond anyone

something that I'm pondering after watching Evan almighty...

Why can't politics involve God?.... is it because that the non believers don't understand?... because from what i know, in the past the church are the ones that give direction to the government.. so why now is it different?... what is wrong with mentioning GOD in a politics meeting?... Yeah they do accept Christian values, but why not GOD in the picture..

I think that is what God really hates.. he can't be involve in our politics meeting, imagine if Singapore's politics involve God in the picture, i think many things will change, like the "kiasue" thing, i think it will change the mindset of people, and we will not need to keep posting about please give way to others or tell others to move in the bus when there is still a lot of space behind... things will be different here.. and i think there will not be any casino built here..

speaking about casino, i don't really like that idea, yes it will create jobs for people, have more skilled people, attract more business here.. but how about the bad side?.. more families will be broken up, suicide rates increase... i mean which is more important?.. business or family?... what do you Singaporeans say? any point of view?

watched Evan almight ytd.. overall that show made me think.. or i should say i learn 2 things...

1) when we pray for courage, God don't give us courage, but God give us a chance to built it... so remember what you pray...

2) ARK- Act. of Random. Kindness..... to make an impact in the world, or change the world, it is not really by having a chrisitan crusade, or having some PnW night, yes it is Good to have this events, but what if you are not able to do it?.. so this is where we start, start being kind to peopel around you, start to bless others, you never know where you will make an impact in their life, and who knows from that small impact, one day that person might be someone great and will make an impact in the world, an example.. The Wesley.. founder of methodist church.. their mother gave her whole life teaching her children about God, but she was not able to see her children made an impact in the world, that cause a revival...

Yup, those are the things that i learn.. you should go watch it
