here's the plan right now... Chef for hire anyone?

i'm getting more and more intense in cooking good and quality food! For now i do BBQ so
here's the deal you hire me and i'll do some food that's not in the bbq wholesale shit!
Things that are good and also guarantee fresh, i don't do frozen shit.. that'a a promise
but there is a price to pay how much are you willing to spend? if you are willing to spend i can come up with better stuff. starting would be $800 to $1.5k for now. (subject to availability)


seriously i'm wondering how many people would actually respond to hire me?..
and i want to sell my skills for experience, not so much about the money but more on the food and making sure people like it.
i want army to end fast so that i can hop back to the kitchen and work and get out of here within 6 months to 1year after my ORD.. first stop crossing to the english channel-England- Fat duck.

there is a little secret that i'm gonna share.. and i don't know what is the first thing that comes to your mind after i say that.. but whatever you are thinking maybe right or wrong.. but i think none will know this.





I have come to realise my heart has now soften for little kids.. yes kids... i'm just amaze that the tiny hand could actually grow after years.. yes i know it's a "DUH!" but it's God's creation that amazes me the most when we were little kids forming in our mother's womb.. came into this world growing and discovering things around us... when i just put the toddlers or baby palm against mine i'm just wow by it.. just amazing... and i would prefer a quiet kid not a noisy one if not i would go berserk.. looks like god needs to teach me about noisy ones
